After Your Mirror Work
Following time spent with the Wholeness Energy Mirror, many people and animals experience a natural period of integration. This process is unique to each client, which unfolds gently in its own time and way.
What You May Notice:
Timing: Integration may unfold over a few days — often 2–3 — though every system is different
Sensations: Tiredness, emotional release, calmness, lightness, or renewed energy
Flow: Shifts may arise gradually or in waves — in both humans and animal companions
Supporting Integration:
Hydration: Drinking water supports natural flow (for pets, simply offering fresh water)
Rest: Both people and pets may need more sleep or quiet time
Gentle movement: Walking, stretching, or soft physical engagement can help the system recalibrate

What Happens in a Mirror Session?
Every session follows a calm, intuitive rhythm. There’s no pressure or performance.
1. Session Focus.
Here are some examples you could use:
Bob here. General check-in — open to whatever wants attention.
My name is Bob. I want to check in on my dog and what I’m noticing about them lately.
My name is Bob. Please check in and around my home — especially my bedroom — and notice how it feels to me.
Bob here. I’d like to reflect on something I interact with often
2. What Is Reflected?
The mirror gently reflects what’s showing up — emotionally, physically, energetically, or at a soul level.
Nothing is pushed. You take what resonates, leave the rest.
3. Energetic Support.
Your system naturally selects what it resonates with.If your system is ready, subtle supports may appear — like:
Frequency harmonisers
Release passes
Mirror field balancing
Emotional buffering
These are symbolic. Your system chooses what it receives.
4. Progress & Readiness.
The space reflects what feels complete — and holds space if anything else arises.
If something more surfaces, you can type it at the end — or stay quiet — and the process will continue. It can loop again as many times as needed, until a natural pause arrives.
5. Final Message or Insight.
A soul message or symbolic phrase may emerge — a gift from your deeper self.

Through Wholeness Energy Therapy, I offer support for people and their beloved pets — through one-to-one guided check-ins and self-guided reflective spaces. This work honours autonomy, while gently supporting awareness, integration, and insight at a pace that feels right for each individual.
